01Do you issue WPI-8 windstorm certifications?
Yes. Every qualifying Clear Lake roof replacement we do includes WPI-8 inspection and certificate issuance. Your TWIA paperwork will not delay the project.
02How do you spec roofs for salt air and hurricane wind?
Hot-dipped galvanized or stainless nails, 130 mph wind-rated shingle, sealed deck underlayment, and aluminum drip edge. Standard steel fasteners do not belong this close to the bay.
03Can you handle multi-city permits around Clear Lake?
