02How do you protect the tree canopy during renovations?
We hand-dig within the critical root zone of any protected tree, use air-spade for tight root clearance, and schedule a certified arborist consult on any project within 10 feet of a mature pine.
03What exterior paint colors are DSC-approved?
Each Village has its own approved palette. We bring the current color book on the first visit so you can pick from Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore options that the DSC has already signed off on for your Village.
04Can you do work in all 9 Villages?
